Our world class laboratory and climate test hall are equipped to handle tests on products with system voltages up to 1250 kV DC and 1050 kV AC. STRI at CIGRÉ Symposium in Dublin, Ireland
This year the CIGRÉ Symposium in Dublin, Ireland held from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June collected representatives from a number of Science Committees (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 and B2). Many working groups held their meetings before the Symposium. The theme of the Symposium was “Experiencing the Future Power System… Today!”
STRI was active at the symposium (Emil Hillberg and Igor Gutman), which gathered over 400 delegates from 42 countries all-over the world, participating in working group meetings as well as paper and poster presentations, networking , etc. STRI also participated in the technical visit to the control centre of EirGrid. STRI participated in Energiforsks conference: Elkraft 2017
How will the future power system be? This and many other interesting questions were debated at Chalmers on 17-18 May, when about 400 people from Sweden's power industry gathered to participate in Elkraft 2017.
STRI was an active participant at the conference, with presentation and posters related to the projects: Modeling of aggregated load in PSS®E, EPR, CloudGrid & ISGAN. Read more...
