Short-Circuit Testing Liaison
The Short-Circuit Testing Liaison Agreement (STLA) is an Agreement Group of International Certification Bodies concerning the type testing of high voltage electrical power equipment. STRI is via SATS a signatory to this Agreement, and thereby commits to prepare and recognise certificates to a number of IEC and other Standards following common interpretations of the Standards and the Procedures agreed by the Members of the STLA.
STLA (called STL) was founded in 1969.
